Insurers open low. The distance between that first offer and what a policy actually owes is the whole reason public adjusters exist. Here's what closing that gap has looked like.

Don and John and the entire team at Action are beyond amazing and go well past the call of duty. I was kept in the loop every step of the way, never left guessing. They took the stress away and brought my settlement in 7 times then what the adjuster offered. For that reason I highly recommend the team at Action Public Adjusters.

I can’t say enough about what John and Action Public Adjusters did for my family and me. We were getting the run around from the insurance company, and from the moment APA stepped in, everything changed. They took over the claim, fought for us, and made sure our home was restored and our family could return. Thank you from the bottom of my heart I would recommend Action Public Adjusters without hesitation.

I am truly blown away by the service from Action Public Adjusters. Stephanie is an absolute standout—professional, compassionate, and deeply committed to her clients’ best interests. She and the team fight hard to recover every dollar the insurance company tries to withhold. If you want a team that truly has your back, look no further.

Before You Call
The questions everyone asks.
Your insurer assigns its own adjuster to value your loss - that person works for the insurance company. A public adjuster is licensed by the state of California to work only for you. We inspect the damage, read your policy, build the estimate, assemble documentation, and negotiate the settlement on your behalf.
The claim review itself is free and carries no obligation. If you hire us, we charge a contingency fee (we'll tell you what it is before you sign anything) of a percentage of the claim we negotiate on your behalf. If we don't recover anything, you don't pay anything.
Often not. Denials get reversed when the loss is documented properly and the policy language is applied correctly. Send us the denial letter and your policy and we'll tell you whether there's something to work with.
Usually the opposite. A complete, well-documented claim gives the carrier less to send back. We handle the correspondence and keep the file moving so you're not chasing anyone.
No. California law protects your right to hire your own licensed representative. Premium changes relate to the loss itself, not to your decision to be represented.
We have offices in Diamond Bar and Orange County, but we work throughout California, with most of our clients in Los Angeles County, Orange County, the Inland Empire and the Simi Valley area.
